Advanced Therapeutic Connections (ATC), an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic serving Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas, is currently hiring Licensed Clinicians (LGPC, LCPC, LGSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT) to serve clients in the Baltimore City/Baltimore County area.

ATC is a licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and an authorized Medicaid Provider by MD's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. ATC has a comprehensive model of mental health services that focuses on empowering individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. Client services are designed to reduce obstacles and promote resilience and recovery for individuals and families requiring mental health care by delivering services directly in the community such as in their home, school, work, etc.
Job Description:
Full-time position.
Clinicians will manage a caseload of approximately 20 clients. ATC provides services for a wide range of ages and demographics and clients are assigned to clinicians based on their areas of expertise and geographic area. Clinicians make their own schedules and these may include evening hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services to their clients in the clients’ homes or schools.
- Perform intake assessments and paperwork for clients beginning treatment (if license levels allows to do so)
- Engage with the interdisciplinary team during weekly meetings; providing clinical case studies and training when needed.
- Complete weekly documentation on cases and creation of treatment plans and goals for individual clients.
- Participate in peer-auditing and team projects and programs.
- Collaborate with community agencies on behalf of their clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of all clients’ information and data.
- Maintain and manage their individual appointment schedule.
- Maintain communication with other team members as necessary.
Compensation: ATC utilizes a fee-for-services model to compensate providers for their services with clients. ATC services are reimbursed by Medicaid, self-pay, state and county contracts. Clinicians are compensated with a significant percentage of ATC's reimbursements for the various services provided to clients. Percentage of reimbursement varies based on the specific licensure held by a clinician. Compensation varies based on number of clients seen, but falls in the range of $50-75k annually.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work or a related field.
- Licensed by the State of MD (LGPC, LCPC, LGSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT)
- Current CPR certification
Preferred candidate will have:
- Experience providing individual and family counseling, performing clinical assessments, creating treatment plans, and be skilled in crisis intervention.
- Flexibility and ability to manage their time and caseload independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within an interdisciplinary team setting.
- Ability to work with cultural competency and sensitivity.
